SlideBone.com ships merchandise to national and international locations via USPS, UPS, and FED EX

NOTE: This website is maintained to the best of our ability however occassionally there are items still showing that have previously sold without knowledge to the webmaster. We know that finding that special item is important to you but please understand that it may be on the website in error and it is store policy to ommit sold / discontinued item(s) from your online order and proceed with the remainder.

Estimated Delivery: Your order leaves our warehouse within 1 to 3 days unless notified.  If an order placed through our website will take more than 2 weeks to fill, we shall inform you by email only. Once your order has been shipped , the National Delivery transit time is 3 to 7 business days Estimated total time for package to reach national destination is 1.5 to 3.5 weeks
International Orders may take double the time to reach their destination due to customs and import regulations of destination country. Please research your country's policies prior to purchase on our website.Most orders ship out within a week ( 7 seven business days ) of placed order. However, in the case of and item(s) being out of stock or discontinued we may wish to ship in multiple shipments to complete the order at no additional cost to you. In this case, you might be notified of the delay and estimated ship date.

In the case of items being out of stock or sold even though item still shows on the website. You shall be shipped everything but the item(s) that was previously sold.

We do not have an automated shipment search on this website. In the case you need shipment information , please send and email to slidebone@optonline.net

PLEASE NOTE: The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
If an item is damaged, incorrect or incomplete we expect to be notified upon 24 hours of receipt for proper action to be taken.
 

International
If you are an international purchaser please contact us prior to placing order so we can give you the complete international shipping charge and payment guidelines. This website does not calculate international shipping charges. As we receive your order we shall email you with the correct shipping charge and you will be charged the correct shipping charge difference on a separate invoice.

IMPORTANT : We will not change the value of items shipped overseas on the customs declaration. We have to pay taxes and import and it's only fair that you do the same. We insure each package for the total value of your order, and we will include a copy of your invoice with each shipment detailing your purchase.  Please email us regarding this.

 

 

GENERAL MERCHANDISE RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

 

 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 1 days of receipt, please call 1-718-877-6252  during business hours for a Return Authorization Number which is required for all returns. For a full refund of the merchandise purchase price (shipping costs and re-stocking fees are not refundable), the item(s) must be received within 5 days after issuance of the Return Authorization Number. All merchandise must be in original condition and NOT show signs of wear and include original packaging, accessories and paperwork. The manufacturers box, warranty and manual must NOT be written on and the box must be resealed with clear tape only.

 

Our standard shipping charge will be applied to all returned instruments that qualified for free shipping.

 

The following items are NOT returnable:

  • Books, CDs and Any Copy-Protected Materials
  • Cleaning and Care Products
  • Brass Mouthpieces
  • Custom Instrument Cases and Bags
  • Instruments 
  • Gold & Silver Plating Services

 

Shipping Instructions

You are responsible for merchandise until it safely reaches our location. Repack and double box your return carefully with the RA # written on the outside shipping box. There will be a minimum 25% restocking fee if instructions are not followed.

Include a copy of your invoice with the RA # and reason for return printed clearly on it. You should insure your return for the full value of your purchase using a tracking service such as UPS, USPS or FedEx. Save your tracking number, we are not responsible if your return gets lost in transit.

 

Please allow two weeks for processing of return. Credit Card purchases are credited back to the original Credit Card. All other refunds are by company check.

 

Merchandise returned without a Return Authorization # is subject to a 25% restocking fee and original shipping charges out.

 

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE RETURN INSTRUCTIONS 

Defective merchandise will be replaced free of charge. Please call 1-718-877-6252  during business hours within 24 hours from time of receipt for return instructions.

Mouthpieces Are NON-Returnable.
